I set up to pay online p/r taxes and then receive an email from QB the day before due I could submit. It has been a nightmare to get someone on the phone to help. I called sales, was transferred to 2 different P/R departments and they could not figure out what P/R system I was on, supposedly my intuit online p/r had been merged into a different system. All the numbers I had were no longer taking calls, chat only, never could get me to the correct person via chat. On the P/R side, I could not get my TX Unemployment form or payment submitted.
